Improving Workforce Skills in Transmission, Substation, and Distribution
The association entered into a consignment agreement on the assessment and management of transmission function training (December 2011), substation function education (June 2011), distribution function education (April 2006) and has enforced the qualification assessment and integrated qualification management of the human resources trained at each institution, contributing to improving SMEs' technology and timely ensuring a skilled workforce.
Currently, 15 training institutions nationwide has implemented training functional human resources who will perform transmission, distribution, and construction for KEPCO, such as in electric power transmission, transmission hot-line, electrical substations, electric distribution, distribution of live-electricity, uninterruptible power, underground distribution, etc.

To improve construction quality and safety during works in
transmission, transformation, and distribution through the fair
management of the skilled human resources
